Terms & Conditions

1. General

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).


2. Compliance with Alcohol Laws

Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012:

• It is illegal to supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age
• Penalties of up to $10,000 may apply
• It is an offence for under-18s to purchase alcohol


3. Legal Purchase Requirements

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm:

• You are 18 years or older
• You are legally entitled to purchase alcohol
• You are not purchasing on behalf of a minor
• You are not under the influence of alcohol

We reserve the right to request identification and refuse supply where legal compliance cannot be satisfied.


4. Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

• All deliveries require a signature
• Orders cannot be left unattended
• Authority to Leave (ATL) is not permitted for R18 items

If ATL is selected contrary to this policy:

• We accept no liability for theft or loss

Customers must provide an address where someone is available between 8am and 6pm.


5. Courier Services

We use NZ Couriers for deliveries.

While many deliveries are completed overnight, overnight delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.


6. Order Cut-Off Times

• Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are processed same day
• Weekend orders processed next business day
• Saturday delivery is not available

Please allow a minimum of four (4) days for delivery.


7. Estimated Shipping Times

Off-Peak: Typically 1–5 working days
Peak Periods: Allow additional time

• North Island deliveries often arrive next business day
• South Island / Rural deliveries may require longer

These are indicative timeframes only, not guarantees.

Tracking details are provided once dispatched.


8. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Tauranga store.

• Collection hours: 10am to store close
• Estimated preparation time may vary
Customers must wait for pickup confirmation

Upon collection:

• Present order confirmation
• Provide valid identification

Orders must be collected within 5 days of notification.

Uncollected orders may be returned to stock. Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with NZ consumer law.

(No chilled storage available.)


9. International Orders

We accept orders placed outside New Zealand for delivery within New Zealand.

Identification matching the payment method may be requested.


10. Third-Party Delivery Partners

Where delivery is fulfilled by partners (e.g. Uber Eats / Deliver Easy), delivery performance and tracking are managed by those providers.


11. Product Information & Errors

Pricing, availability, descriptions, and imagery may change or contain errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and amend listings.

Packaging and product appearance may differ from images shown.


12. Title & Risk

Title and risk pass upon dispatch unless otherwise required by law.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.



Preorder / Indent Products

(The following terms apply only to products identified as Preorder / Indent / World’s Finest Drops.)


14. Nature of Preorder Products

Preorder/indent items:

• Are not standard stocked products
• Are sourced specifically on request


15. Deposit Requirement (Preorders Only)

A 50% deposit is required at checkout.

The deposit:

• Constitutes part payment
• Secures allocation
• Confirms commitment


16. Pricing Validity

Prices valid only during the stated preorder/indent window.


17. Order Confirmation

Orders remain provisional until stock arrives in New Zealand.


18. Balance Payment

Remaining balance payable within 7 days of arrival notification.


19. Non-Payment

If unpaid:

• After 7 days — order may be placed on hold
• After 14 days — order may be cancelled

We may resell the product.


20. Deposit & Recovery of Loss

Deposits may be retained to recover reasonable losses, including supplier commitments, FX exposure, administration, financing, storage, and resale risk.

Resale proceeds applied to losses.


21. Customer Cancellation

Change-of-mind cancellations not accepted after supplier order placement.


22. Supply Failure

If unable to supply → Full refund of all payments


23. Consumer Rights

NZ consumer rights remain unaffected.
