THIRSTY LIQUOR TAURANGA (“TLT”, “Store”, “we”, “us”) provides this website as an online platform enabling customers to purchase goods (“Goods”) supplied by our physical retail store located at:

These Website & Sale Terms (“Sale Terms”) apply to all orders placed through our website.

Giveaway & Promotion Terms
1. Promotion Scope
Giveaways, prize draws, and promotional campaigns (“Promotions”) may be conducted:
• Online (website, social media, email)
• In-store at Thirsty Liquor Tauranga
• Or simultaneously across both
Unless otherwise stated, online and in-store activity forms one combined promotion.
2. Legal Compliance
All Promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable New Zealand legislation, including:
• Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
• Gambling Act 2003
• Fair Trading Act 1986
Promotions are structured to comply with responsible alcohol marketing standards.
3. Eligibility
Participants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Meet legal requirements to purchase alcohol in New Zealand
• Reside in New Zealand (unless otherwise specified)
Proof of age and identity may be required.
Entries from persons under 18 years will be invalid.

7. Alcohol Law Compliance

• Winners must be 18 years or older
• Valid photo identification is required
• Delivery/collection must comply with alcohol legislation
Alcohol prizes will not be supplied where legal requirements are not satisfied.
8. Prize Conditions
Prizes:
• Are not transferable
• Are not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be exchanged unless required by law
If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Winner Selection
Winner determination will occur as described in the Promotion details.
All decisions are final.
10. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using entry details provided.
If a winner:
• Cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, or
• Fails eligibility verification
We reserve the right to redraw.
11. Prize Collection

• Prizes must be collected from our Tauranga store
• Collection timeframes may apply
• Valid ID may be required
Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
12. Responsible Promotion Standards

• Encourage excessive consumption
• Target minors
• Breach host responsibility obligations
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
• Technical disruptions
• Courier delays
• Unclaimed prizes

15. Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel Promotions where necessary due to:
