Brookvale Union Alcoholic Ginger Beer has a cloudy appearance and a light-medium straw colour; the bouquet explodes with fresh ginger root aroma. The taste is exhilaratingly gingery and quite sweet, but the spiciness cleans the finish. An outstanding ginger beer.
